Seeds from One Large Pumpkin
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
2. Bring a small pot of salty water to a boil and add pumpkin seeds. Boil for 9 to 10 minutes then drain. Carefully pat pumpkin seeds with paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
3. In medium bowl, whisk together all remaining ingredients (Worcestershire through Onion Powder). Add pumpkin Seeds to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
4. Spread Seeds in an even layer on a large baking sheet. Roast in the oven until crispy, 15 to 20 minutes depending on the oven.
5. ENJOY!

I just tried to make pumpkin seeds last week end and gave up because the recipe was so complicated! I like how fast this one is.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for it to be pumpkin season again so I can try making this! I always save my pumpkin seeds to try to make something out of them but it never works out.... but this seems enough!
