FAST and Easy Pumpkin Seed Recipe!

There are so many different recipes out there to make pumpkin seeds.  The problem is that they are all so good!  The other problem with baking pumpkin seeds is that it can take a long time...but not this recipe!  I found this recipe online and it truly is one of the easiest and fastest pumpkin seed recipes that I have looked at.  Not only was it super easy and fast but really tasty!  Give it a look and give it a try...I promise you won't be disappointed!  I made a few changes to the recipe that I found because I didn't have the right seasonings, so this is my own version of it.

Ingredients:
.............................................................................................................................
Seeds from One Large Pumpkin
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder

Directions:
.............................................................................................................................
1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
2. Bring a small pot of salty water to a boil and add pumpkin seeds.  Boil for 9 to 10 minutes then drain.  Carefully pat pumpkin seeds with paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
3. In medium bowl, whisk together all remaining ingredients (Worcestershire through Onion Powder).  Add pumpkin Seeds to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
4. Spread Seeds in an even layer on a large baking sheet.  Roast in the oven until crispy, 15 to 20 minutes depending on the oven.
5. ENJOY!
